Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced BPO Operations Manager to oversee all operational processes within Ecorgy Solutions, including customer support, process excellence, and service delivery. This role involves working closely with senior leadership and other departments to ensure that the company’s goals and client mandates are met while optimizing performance and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership across the company, ensuring high performance and alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Make strategic decisions on policies and operational practices, collaborating with senior management.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategic plans to ensure the company’s success.
  • Foster a positive company culture, emphasizing high performance, engagement, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and team leads to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and internal goals.
  • Identify operational challenges and opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
  • Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BPO operations and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Work with HR to ensure effective hiring and employee management processes.

 

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in Healthcare or similar organizations.
  • Preferred candidate: A medical professional (Doctor) with experience in corporate healthcare or medical organizations, possessing a proven track record of leading and managing multiple teams effectively.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with executives, clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Solid understanding of human resources practices and personnel management.
  • Experience in corporate governance, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to address complex issues efficiently.
  • Ability to create trust and confidence, inspiring teams to achieve goals.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Willing to work from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum
