Clinical Quality Head

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Lead the clinical quality assurance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical quality assurance programs and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with medical standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Redefine the existing clinical Teams processes, people, methodology and practices.
• Prepare and attend client audits; conduct mock audits regularly
• Should be ready to work in any shifts and as per the need of the organisation
• Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and advancements in medical practices.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on clinical quality findings and recommendations.
• Communicate quality-related issues and initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate training and educational programs to enhance clinical quality awareness.
• Foster a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Medicine (MBBS or BAMS or BHMS)
• 7+ years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in managing clinical teams
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical processes, and quality standards.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) as required.
