Clinical Quality Manager

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clinical processes and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established clinical standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to provide feedback and guidance on best practices.
• Collect and analyze data related to clinical quality metrics.
• Prepare and attend client audits; conduct mock audits regularly 
• Should be ready to work in any shifts and as per the need of the organisation
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality findings and recommendations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices.
• Communicate quality issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in quality-related training and educational programs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of clinical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical field or related discipline.
• 1 – 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical processes.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) as required.
