Role Overview:

As a Clinical Quality Manager Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing clinical processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving quality improvement initiatives across the clinical teams. This role demands a meticulous approach to clinical excellence, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care standards.

Qualifications:

  • BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, Pharm D
  • 3-7 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, with leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, clinical processes, and healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills for managing complex data.
    Willingness to work night shifts (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Thiruvananthapuram.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Process Enhancement: Oversee the evaluation of clinical procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Audits and Assessments: Lead and conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor clinical teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical quality data to assess performance and guide decision-making.
  • Client Audit Preparedness: Manage the preparation for client audits and mock audits, ensuring ongoing compliance and readiness.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality findings, including actionable strategies for process enhancement.
  • Quality Initiative Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives designed to enhance quality standards across clinical operations.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Stay current with industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and foster innovation.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate quality-related issues and improvement recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs and continuous professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
