We are looking for an HR Generalist with 3-4 years of proven experience in comprehensive HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about employee satisfaction, engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Manage and oversee the entire spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Conduct regular feedback sessions to understand employee concerns and address them effectively.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal regulations.
Administer benefits programs and handle employee queries regarding benefits and policies.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and competencies.
Collaborate with management to resolve workplace conflicts and issues.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Proven 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Willingness to work from our office in Elippode, Trivandrum, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
