HR Performance Management Specialist/HR Generalist (Trivandrum)

Job Description :

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive HR Performance Management Specialist/HR Generalist to support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, performance reviews, and employee engagement. The role involves both offshore support and onshore documentation for clinician onboarding and orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of new employees.
• Assist with payroll management and statutory compliance requirements.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews with managers to assess progress against defined targets and KPIs.
• Support onshore documentation, clinician onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities.
• Strive to enhance HR operations and overall employee experience.
• Support in other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR with exposure to performance management, recruitment, and compliance.
• Good knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
• Immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum location preferred.
