Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with Doctors to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in medical transcription.

• Ensure clinical documentation meets the standards and guidelines required for compliance.

• Assist in updating electronic medical records (EMR) in real time.

• Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and adapting to different medical specialties.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical scribing, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Previous experience working alongside doctors or clinical professionals.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (mandatory).

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

• High standards of accountability, attention to detail, and accuracy.

• A strong understanding of medical terminology and EMR systems.

• Willingness to work night shifts from our office in Trivandrum.
